Extend your day with ESi
At ESi La Toussuire, the holiday fun doesn’t end when the slopes close! Throughout the week, the school organizes special events that offer a different way to experience the mountains, allowing families, children, and adults to come together and enjoy some heartwarming moments after a day of skiing.
From nighttime snowshoe walks and torchlight descents to medal ceremonies, each event has its own unique atmosphere. These activities also provide a chance to share special moments with the instructors and wrap up the day in a friendly, sociable setting.
Nighttime snowshoe walk: meet on Wednesday
Every Wednesday evening, ESi offers families a Savoyard-style outing that combines a torchlit snowshoe walk with a restaurant meal. Two routes allow adults and children to move at their own pace, after which everyone gathers to finish the evening together.
A shuttle service is also available
Those who prefer not to walk can join the group directly via a shuttle. This ensures everyone can take part in this family evening and enjoy the mountain experience.
Torchlight descent for everyone: join us on Thursday.
Every Thursday, adults and children can join ESi for a torchlight descent in La Toussuire. Once night falls, the group skis down the slopes by torchlight, sharing an experience that is as spectacular as it is sociable.
This activity is for skiers only. However, you do not need a lift pass or to be an ESi client to take part. After the descent, join the team for some mulled wine or hot chocolate and extend the evening in a warm, friendly atmosphere.
Cristal Award: Children's Party on Friday
Every Friday evening, it’s time for the Cristal Award! Children meet up with their instructor to celebrate the progress they’ve made during their week of lessons. During the ceremony, the instructor presents them with a medal, courtesy of ESi.
A friendly atmosphere
Finally, a friendly get-together over drinks allows children, parents, and instructors to share one last moment together. The Cristal Award thus brings the ski week to a festive and convivial close.
